- I have noted what I think is a bug with 4.0.1 SGI Sybase.

- If I grant a "user" in a database permission to select and insert on a "table",
- when I type (as "sa" user)

- it doesnt change the permissions, ie the "user" can still insert.

- Can anybody help with this. Im sure it was working before (we use files
- of isql code), and as far as I can tell the only option we have changed is
- "select into/bulkcopy"
