  23. This is exactly what I have on my Telebit.  But I found the
  24. correct X register to be  X4  and now have 1200 and 2400 reported
  25. correctly.  But I did get a 19200 reported on a 9600 or 14.4
  26. connection.  But better than all reported at 19.2.
