- I have written a GA program to 'teach' the machine how to play Tic Tac Toe.
- I don't have any background in GA and have run into a problem. Learning
- almost doesn't take place. It has gotten a little better than a totally
- random player, but a 7 year old would crush it. I am looking for references
- or suggestions. I have a strong background in math and programming. Respond
