- Yes, Trudeau I think had alot more worshippers in 1968 - I agree with
- Brian's assessment of him being a bombastic egomaniac. Clinton is a big
- spender (note his $23 million on the inaugeration as compared to Jimmy
- Carter's peoples inaugeration which cost only $700,000 - even the rate of
- inflation won't explain that one) like Trudeau. The real problem is that
- when one gets hope and support going, that person becomes more like a
- dictator. After all Hitler was elected as a saviour for the German Mark
- which was experiencing hyper-inflation and he corrected that problem but
- became a dictator in other areas which the voters did not vote on.
