- No, democracy does not mean that ALL decisions are made by a majority
- of voters...democracy means that MANY decisions are made by the majority
- of voters so long as these decisions don't interfere with the rights
- of individuals or minorities. Unions are at best majoritarian...they
- are certainly not democratic entities....democracy is a limited form
- of governance which respects individual rights.
