  18. forces children of ALL families who landed here since 26th August, 1977
  19. (whether they be anglophone or not; whether they be Canadian citizens or
  20. not) to attend French schools in this province - whether the parents
  21. want the children to go to French schools or not!

  30. is for a black or coloured person in South Africa or as bad as it was
  31. for Jews under Nazi Germany. There is however, legislated denial of
  32. fundamental human rights and freedoms in Quebec. This is unacceptable!
