- I first posted in this thread to disagree with Steve. But at least
- he gets his basic facts right. Philippe Allard's posting is simply
- _wrong_. Only those whose parents went to English school *in Canada*
- have the right to attend English schools in Quebec. Children of
- anglophone immigrants do not have this right. Steve has
- explained this N times, where N is a very, very large number.
