  13. I read in the paper the other day that according to the latest poll, the
  14. Bloc Quebecois has lost 15 points and now now trail the Liberals in
  15. Quebec, who have 40 points (to the BQ's 31). A Liberal victory in Quebec
  16. can almost ensure the Liberals a majority government. We'll see if the
  17. latest poll is just a fluke, because the shift seems rather drastic, or
  18. a real reflection of how Quebec's going to vote in the next election.
