- Geologists will present 1-day workshops in northern and southern
- California on the preparation and review of engineering geologic/seismic
- reports under the Health and Safety Code (for hospitals) and the
- Education Code (for schools). The workshops will focus on requirements
- of Title 24 of the California Code of Regulations (CCR), including
- discussions of site-specific considerations related to fault hazard
- evaluations, slope stability, liquefaction, seismically induced
- settlement, and ground motion estimates.
