  18. I said, I repeat....the media will not "break" a story or give much
  19. publicity damaging to the interests of those in power (the new
  20. administration and the major corporations).... and often build up
  21. positive pictures so these same people can benefit....

  23. I have given you people (Bentsen, McClarty) and Senator Orrin Hatch
  24. (BCCI) whose role in the BCCI scandal is not out in the major media
  25. but was reported.... Testimony in the trial of Mike Tyson and the
  26. Kennedy kid was reported and discussed in detail.... interesting testimony
  27. in the trials of Clair George (ex- CIA chief) and Noreiga was kept out
  28. because it pointed out the administrations shenanigans... Larry King
  29. had the attorneys of both Kennedy and Tyson on his show, was
  30. Noreiga's attorney brought out and interviewed....

  34. The people of this country, like a mother of her son, wants to hear
  35. only "good stuff" about its leaders and the media obliges....well,
  36. I don't think that is the role of journalists.....
