- Seems to me I remember a saying..."The customer is always right" :-)
- In an ideal world, MAYBE you could count on this to work. As we all
- know, the software development, maintenance, & upgrade process is far
- from ideal, and I would apply this to a word processor saving a file
- in another format (i.e., good luck!) (IMHO). Word for Windows is not
- that expensive...especially if your friend is making money with it.
