  19. Seems to me I remember a saying..."The customer is always right"  :-)
  20. In an ideal world, MAYBE you could count on this to work.  As we all
  21. know, the software development, maintenance, & upgrade process is far
  22. from ideal, and I would apply this to a word processor saving a file
  23. in another format (i.e., good luck!) (IMHO).  Word for Windows is not
  24. that expensive...especially if your friend is making money with it.
