- I can't give technical details about the implementation of child Windows, but
- they are not createdd with fork or spawn as in Unix.

- To create a Dialog (child window) you must send Windows a CreateWindow call
- specifying the class of window you want. Windows then creates it and starts
- sending messages to its Window procedure as with other windows.
