  11. I can't give technical details about the implementation of child Windows, but
  12. they are not createdd with fork or spawn as in Unix.

  14. To create a Dialog (child window) you must send Windows a CreateWindow call
  15. specifying the class of window you want. Windows then creates it and starts
  16. sending messages to its Window procedure as with other windows.
