  14.   I'm currently investigating the usefullness of Win-NT but have already
  15.   some problems with the video drivers. In my machine is a Trident 8900
  16.   installed with 1MB of RAM. I'm now in search for drivers to use this
  17.   card with NT in the 256color mode. A try to install the 3.1 drivers didn't
  18.   work. Does anybody know where I can obtain such drivers?

  21. 3.1 drivers do not work with NT.  At this point, unless you find a
  22. driver included with NT you are probably out of luck.  Try contacting
  23. Trident, but most manufacturers of older cards are not going to the
  24. expense of writing NT drivers for them.  You can use the generic
  25. 640x480 16 color driver, but you will need to either wait and see if a
  26. new driver is written or buy another card in order to use 256 colors.
