- I have experienced the same problems. However, only while using shareware
- stuff that I've downloaded. I asked someone about it and he told me that some
- programs are just written poorly and do not return the resources. The only
- cure is to close down windows and reboot (says he). I hope you find a better
- answer, but if you don't, just check your resources often. There are some
- resource icons avaialable that sit down on your minimized section that tell you
- how much resources are avaiable. (I got one from America On-Line, but I'm sure
- they're avaiable elsewhere.)
