  12. It looks like your 1CA minidisk is inconsistent with what your Directory
  13. entry says that it is.  Did you CP-Format the minidisk itself with a
  14. serial of "SQLPK"?  That is what the Direct command is looking for.  Or
  15. did you CP-Allocate the DRCT space in the volume label which is at the
  16. head of real volume SQLPK?  If the latter, you would have to give Direct
  17. the thing as a whole-volume minidisk.
