  12. Could anyone provide info on the following?
  13. The handout from the August SHARE sesson on AIX 3.2 Performance
  14. Analysis and System Tuning mentions using a VM-based "TOOLS" command
  15. to retrieve data relating to the AIXPRESS publication, as in issuing
  16. the command:
  17.           TOOLS SENDTO DALVM41B TOOLS AIXIC GET PERF0192 PACKAGE
  18. This seems to pre-suppose VM sites somehow having a TOOLS command,
  19. which apparently derives from some other source.  Any insights?
