- Nothing is cheap in Austria. The schilling is now worth about 9ยข. However,
- Austria is worth it.

- Go to Innsbruck if you have a chance. Less expensive than either
- Vienna or Salzburg, but they have some nice museums, etc and
- the Alpenzoo which is very nice but requires ability to
- hike up a mountain slope to see all the animals.
