  17. It might interest some of you that there is a debate going on at the moment in
  18. the Netherlands, initiated by the current Minister of Education, into the
  19. whole matter of whether FL departments at universities have any value given
  20. the students might be better employed spending time in the appropriate
  21. foreign country picking up the language "naturally".
