  12. In my opinion the SEDS "Mom" Idea and Marylin Shedder (?) are excellent
  13. ideas that as a board member I wholeheartedly endorse.

  15. Pursuant to the SEDS constitution I, as a national board member call for
  16. a vote on this matter. This must be as soon as is reasonably possible, say
  17. two weeks from now, to give the board and the membership a chance to
  18. have their input. This is an important step for SEDS (in Peter's words
  19. "the second stage ignition" of SEDS) and I hope we are able for once to
  20. do something for the good of the organization and not our transient desires.

  22. Also I second Drews call for a vote on Irwin's reimbursement and give my
  23. support for it. It is the co-chairs responsibility to insure that the
  24. constitution is followed and these items be put on the agenda for a vote as
  25. soon as possible.

  27. I also support the call for the permanent mailing address of SEDS to be
  28. changed to the SEDS "Mom" or as David Webb calls her, the "SEDS administrative
  29. coordinator". This will hopefully act to de-politicize many of the
  30. things that have polarized this organization over the last few years.
