  17. I'm using the SAS/ETS MODEL procedure and want to restrict some parameters. In v
  18.    ersion 5 the procedure SYSNLYN had the possibility of using RESTRICT a1+
  19. b1=1; or something like that. But the version 6 manual says nothing about
  20. that at all. Who can me te
