  21.         I have a student working on an M.A. thesis, and his data
  22. warrant using a TOBIT analysis.  Does anyone out there know how to
  23. do this in SAS?  Our other option is to download the data from the
  24. mainframe to a PC and run it in SHAZAM or LIMDEP.  Since he is in
  25. a hurry, he would prefer not to take these extra steps (the data
  26. are in a SAS system file).
