  13. Effective IMMEDIATELY, please DO NOT POST to this list.  In other words,
  14. the post you are now reading should be the last one you read for a while.

  16. If you haven't noticed, RELUSR-L has been locked, and no new SUBscriptions
  17. have been accepted for about two weeks now.  The reason for this is that
  18. the list owner's account is currently inaccessible to her and she has been
  19. unable to log on and delete those people subscribed to the list from
  20. accounts which no longer exist.  As a result, for every message sent to
  21. the list (including this one, unfortunately) an error message is generated
  22. back to her account for every invalid userid@node subscribed.  As you can
  23. imagine, her mailbox is filling quickly and uncontrollably.  So, for the
  24. time being, DO NOT POST to this list.

  26. If you have general questions about Relay, please feel free to direct
  27. them to me or to any Relay Operator you see signed onto Relay.  The
  28. general discussion of Relay, however, will have to cease until the list
  29. owner returns and reactivates the list.
