- There is a VMS client for irc, I have an old copy somewhere if you give
- me time, but it's probably better to ftp the source and compile a new
- one yourself. The canonical server is irc.mit.edu but there are probably
- others closer to you: you can ask around once you get onto irc.

- ARCHIE will tell you where your nearest source is: telnet to
- archie.mcgill.ca (I think), login as 'archie' (no password) and type
- 'prog ircII' which will tell you everywhere that has a copy of the ircII
- program (probably in tar.Z form)
