- There's no automatic numbering gimmick to do this, since it
- depends on the number of pages altogether. Lay out the back
- cover (say p. 12) on the left, the front cover (p. 1) on the
- right of the first sheet; the thing to remember to switch
- alternate pages (I assume you're intending to print double-
- sided); i.e the inside front (p 2) is on the left, inside back
- on the right.
- Its probably easier to setup and print to half-page
- dimensions, and manually paste the appropriate pages together
- when you're done.
