  17. There's no automatic numbering gimmick to do this, since it
  18. depends on the number of pages altogether. Lay out the back
  19. cover (say p. 12) on the left, the front cover (p. 1) on the
  20. right of the first sheet; the thing to remember to switch
  21. alternate pages (I assume you're intending to print double-
  22. sided); i.e the inside front (p 2) is on the left,  inside back
  23. on the right.
  24.    Its probably easier to setup and print to half-page
  25. dimensions, and manually paste the appropriate pages together
  26. when you're done.
