- A colleague of mine at a community college learning resource center
- who is not on the Internet has asked that I post this request on
- her behalf. Her administration wants a rationale for placing an
- open access computer room and a general-purpose computer
- instruction lab under her purview in the LRC. The alternative
- would be to place this dual facility under the aegis of an
- instructional department elsewhere on campus. She needs pro and
- cons for her rationale.
