  17. the Bulletin Board for Librarians based at Glasgow University and
  18. University of Strathclyde in the U.K.  To access BUBL, telnet to
  19. 128.86.8.7 (the Internet/JANET gateway), type in janet in lowercase at
  20. the login: prompt.  Then at hostname: type uk.ac.glasgow.bubl
  21.  
  22. BUBL is completely menu-driven and very easy to use.
