  23. 3.  What technical expertise is required to install and maintain?
  24. 4.  How long did it take to be up and running?
  25. 5.  What would you do differently next time?
  26. 6.  What's your overall satifaction with your security system?
  27. 7.  Any questions I should  be asking that I'm not?
