  30. There are even users in the Notis community that have no software tools
  31. such as editors at the VSE level.  All our software development functions
  32. are performed at the VM level were there are adiquate tools to maintain
  33. integrety of the code.  Such tools are not available in the VSE arena.  We
  34. to find it clumbersom to work with the procs, less today than when we first
  35. started.  I accept the fact that every proc I have must first be modified
  36. before it will work here at my institution.
