  12.    A while back there was much discussion about problems with GTO and
  13. records being added or overlaid because the gto software did not look
  14. at the entire number and matched on 4-digit, 5-digit, etc. numbers
  15. which began with the same character string.  We've verified that the
  16. problem is solved in 5.1 and GTO 3.1.
