  22. We do not use ICCF partly because of the above stated problems.
  23. CONDOR (from Phoenix Computer Corp.) has an editor that allows you
  24. to edit or display PROC's directly from the library, change them,
  25. and SAVE them directly back into the same or different sub-library.
