  20. We here at the University of Richmond have been charged with writing a
  21. Computer Technology Master Plan for the University.  I have been asked to
  22. help with the TRAINING portion of this document.  Can you briefly outline
  23. what you do at you school in the training area.  Not just Internet training,
  24. but
  25. other computer/software/hardware training as well.
  26. Videos, classes, any unusual stuff.
