- Subject: Question about the USENET gateway
-
- OK: I know this list was recently "gated" to USENET (by someone at Wash U. I
- believe). In fact, I'm using my newsreader right now to write this. Could
- the person responsible or anyone with knowledge of such arcane functions
- please e-mail me some info on how this is done? I'd like to do the same
- thing for a number of education-related Bitnet lists by gating them to local
- newsgroups. I don't even want to think about getting them passed along
- through the system for now, just making them available locally to our K-12
- teachers. Our local news "guru" isn't to sure how to go about this and I'd
- like to present him with som hard facts.
-
- Thanks,
