  11. The Presbyterian Medical Center of Philadelphia is seeking an
  12. experienced consultant archivist to organize its historical
  13. collection, prepare finding aids and assist the History/Archives
  14. Committee in its work to document the history of the medical
  15. center in time for its 125th anniversary in 1996.  This is a three-month
  16. project to run from April 1-June 30, 1993.

  18. RESPONSIBILITIES:  Process, catalog and preserve historical records.
  19. This is a specialized collection of books, manuscripts, maps, photos,
  20. film negatives and yearbooks collected since the medical center's
  21. inception.
  22.  
  23. QUALIFICATIONS:  An ALA accredited MLS or M.A. in History with at
  24. least two years experience in archival procedures, processing,
  25. cataloging and preservation.

  27. CONSULTANT'S FEE:  $6,000.00 for the three-month period
  28.
