  11. Another exercise that I still use, even though we are networked, is
  12. musical computers.  Each student writes something - takes a position, writes
  13. an introduction, etc. - then each student moves to another machine and
  14. comments, plays devils advocate, or whatever you want them to do to work on
  15. the previous student's writing.  The variations on this "game"  are numerous.
