  18. in the same manner of Robert Frost back in '61...
  19.         The Poet Laureate is selected by the Librarian of Congress...
  20. The first was Robert Penn Warren in '86, the current PL is
  21. Mona Van Duyn, selected in '92 and the first woman to fill
  22. that job...
