  17. I would like to add my two cents worth on this topic.  I think that the
  18. comments were a little harsh.

  20. Many folks do not have good access to the hardware and software necessary
  21. to access the Internet.  Without this access, practice and use is very
  22. limited.  Most folks do not have time to stumble through the Internet with
  23. the patron waiting for the information.  It is a catch-22 situation: until
  24. the hardware and software becomes more available, reference will not be
  25. using the Internet.  Without use, the hardware and software is not
  26. necessary.

  28. Kathy Schulz brought up a good point about time constraints.  I will admit
  29. that I am not able to spend the time I would like to working on learning.
  30. I also do not have telnet access to ftp or reach out as much as I wul
  31. would like to have the opportunity.  It is now 9:30 p.m. in Texas and I
  32. am finally getting around to responding.  Could be a serious problem for
  33. soem folks.
