  48. No, you are not paranoid -- My director has pretty much pushed this
  49. project over considerable opposition from my Department Head who feels I
  50. should be doing more worthwhile things than playing on the Net.

  56. I believe this is the real discussion.  Right now, because we do have so
  57. much to do, I count on our director to take the flack and to run
  58. interference for me while I get on for 15 minutes in the morning to peruse
  59. the mail, and then as necessary to sove reference requests.
