  21. Could it be buffering in the modems? Our USR 9600/HST modems act the same
  22. way, even when connected to a Bridge CS/200 rather than a 7171. We also have
  23. Multitech 2400's and there is not so significant a delay on them (they are
  24. attached to an Annex I, however).

  26. BTW, how have your MT 9600's been? Please let me know via E-mail, we're going
  27. to add some more modems (V.32bis type) and our other Multitechs have been
  28. good.
