  26. 3.0 is a copyrighted work, and redistributing it in this fashion would be
  27. a violation of Commodore's copyright.  rekick'able versions of the 3.0
  28. kickstart are unpublished, proprietary, copyrighted property of Commodore,
  29. so redistribution is certainly a copyright violation, a violation of
  30. someone's non-disclosure agreement, and possibly a violation of other
  31. laws as well.  It's also almost certainly a developer beta version,
  32. which may have nasty bugs.  So don't redistribute it.
