- 3.0 is a copyrighted work, and redistributing it in this fashion would be
- a violation of Commodore's copyright. rekick'able versions of the 3.0
- kickstart are unpublished, proprietary, copyrighted property of Commodore,
- so redistribution is certainly a copyright violation, a violation of
- someone's non-disclosure agreement, and possibly a violation of other
- laws as well. It's also almost certainly a developer beta version,
- which may have nasty bugs. So don't redistribute it.
