  16. I spoke this morning with Barbara Sloan regarding the proposed charges for
  17. depository library access to Eurobases.  I am pleased to say that Barbara
  18. has already addressed the problem and the EC has decided to reverse their
  19. decision.  EC deps will NOT be charged for access.  If you got a letter
  20. there is no need to send in the forms requested, just sit tight.

  22. Barbara is sending out a letter to the depositories, explaining what
  23. happened.

  25. As always, Barbara deserves our thanks for working so hard to defend the
  26. depository system in the US.
