Using a list supplied by Margarete England, Documents Librarian, South Dakota State Library, I searched the item numbers using the Silver Platter GPO CD-ROM (1976-12/92). Since Silver Platter lists the records chronologically, newest items first, all I had to do was look at the Monthly Catalog entry number (yr-#####) to see how vital the item number was. I assume no responsibility for the accuracy of the data contained on the CD-ROM. If an item number search obtained no hits, I researched the item by using the SuDocs number index. CAVEAT: There could be some new documents with an item number from the list below that has not yet been processed by GPO. Of course, use the greatest discretion when weeding. I apologize for the length, but this format gives a nice margin for notes, and it was easier for me to type. Librarians who weed, succeed!
