  11. Pardon the intrusion, but I am running a test.

  13. At the University of Nebraska at Omaha, GOVDOC-L is carried as Usenet
  14. newsgroup (bit.listserv.govdoc-l).  The purpose of this test post is to
  15. find out whether messages posted to the newgroup make it back to the
  16. GOVDOC-L listserver, or appear only in the newsgroup.

  18. As you can imagine, it could lead to some confusion if there is traffic
  19. on the newsgroup that is independent of that on the list proper.
  20.  
  21. If none of this makes much sense, don't worry too much just yet.  With
  22. any luck, this will show up in the regular GOVDOC-L distribution, which
  23. will mean there is no problem, except for a few documents people
  24. wondering what that boy is rattling on about . . .
