  23. The Omaha World-Herald published both Clinton's and Angelou's speeches, so
  24. I would assume that most other newspapers did as well.

  26. In comparison to previous inaugural addresses and speeches by Clinton, this
  27. one wasn't that bad (only 13 minutes long).

  30. Record?  Public Papers of the President?
