  13. On Thursday evening, January 21, ABC had a special feature on its Prime Time
  14. Live show.  They looked at what I think may have been the Transportation Bill
  15. of 1991, following it through the various legislative stages.

  18. This piece has the potential of being a good instructional aid in classes doing
  19. legislative histories.
