  23. There's a guy (I left his name at home) from the National Organization
  24. of Men, who is trying to get Massachusetts to release statistical
  25. information on the number of paternal custody awards, verses the number
  26. of uncontested divorces with kids and the number of contested custody
  27. divorces. Needless to say, the state is not cooperating. He claims the
  28. real number of paternal custody awards here is closer to 1% than the
  29. 10% figure cited nationawide. That wouldn't suprise me.

  31. The trick is in gathering the data when the state has a vested interest
  32. in keeping it from you.
