- Exactly! That is why if the focus was on year of the father, any legislation
- resulting in a public relations campaign would be geared toward helping
- divorced fathers, and sice laws are written to be gender-neutral, they
- would be worded in terms of NCP and CP. Thus the situation would be
- made more equitable. We all agree that the basic problem is the disparity
- of power between CPs and NCPs, and focusing on divorced fathers, who probably
- make up 95% or so of NCP, the results are what we want.
