- Last year, our school system developed and adopted a
- comprehensive plan for the use of technology for instruction.
- Because it was felt that teachers would use technology in the
- classroom only if they were proficient in its use, a primary
- emphasis of the plan is teacher training. One of the objectives
- is the establishment of levels of competence in the use of
- technology for teachers and other staff. We are now attempting
- to develop a list of competencies and are interested in seeing
- similar lists that are presently in use in other school districts
- or are used as part of teacher training programs in colleges.
- Is there anyone out there who can help?
