  61. perspective, on the reasons for founding the Interpersonal
  62. Computing and Technology List, (IPCT-L@GUVM).  We will also share
  63. some of the decisions that needed to be made before going online,
  64. how this list was marketed, the role of the moderators and some
  65. of the benefits obtained through the creation of the IPCT-L
  66. Editorial Policy.
