  18. Ought there be some attention paid in framing a research agenda "wish list"
  19. to the goal of including practicing teachers and administrators in the
  20. research loop?  Since education isn't a science but a discussion, as you
  21. suggest, the question of who should be privy to the discussion is as
  22. relevant as the question of what they should discuss.
