  14. I also asked if anyone knew of the situation in the DC
  15. schools. We received no response here. However, I would expect
  16. that if Chelsea had been assigned to a specific public school which
  17. was "safe" rather than the one she would attend because of the
  18. geographic location of the White House, there would have been shouts
  19. of "special" treatment or similar cries that it was unfair. In fact,
  20. it would be tantamount to "choice" in the public schools. Would
  21. other parents in the DC schools have an equal opportunity of choice in
  22. sending their children to a "safer" school?

  24. I think that it is a no-win situation for the Clintons. I stand on my
  25. previous posting regarding their situation.
